Stuck at Mayan TempleVenice

I'm stuck on this level. I've collected all the crystals from Venice and Maya but the helpful paper bird told me I still need another crystal. I've checked and double checked both locations using the help key, even resorted to a cheat site to make sure I had them all. I do!
Also, I still have the key from the Egypt temple sitting in one of the boxes even though I used it to open the door and get the scroll out. Any help will be very much appreciated!

I, too, was stuck. I went back to the map and returned to each site with a red flag. I then hit the hint key at each location. I didn't realize I had missed three gems. When the amulet fills with gems, you will then continue to the next location.

I too, got to the same point, but viewing all of the jewels in bottom right, I was missing a blue gem. By going to the map, it will show which kingdom contains the remaining gem. When going to the kingdom and retrieving the gem, I was then taken to the cave of the dragon. Look for pieces of four gems and a stone plate, put them in their place and finish the game.
