The wb site for Game House is about the worst site I have been on. It is hard to get to support. So far I redownloaded Luxor Amun Rising. I lost all the scores that we have accumilated for a couple years and the game is really sluggish. All the time we played games on Real Arcade everything worked perfect. We were switched to Game House automatically and don't like this at all. When opening Real Arcade all we had to do was click on "my games" and there was all the games we purchased and we also never had to sign in with email address and Pass Word. Everytime things are changed it is supposed to make things better. So far I liked the way Real Arcde was much better.
When you switched over to the new site, You did not have to redownload anything. Gamehouse did not remove any of your purchased games off your computer at the time of your account being transferred.
