We have just uploaded an updated version of Love & Death(TM) - Bitten(TM) that resolves the issue that prevented some of our customers from playing the game because of a Flash 10.1 incompatibility.
If you have already downloaded and installed the previous version of this game, please follow the steps below to uninstall the previous version and redownload the new version according to whether you purchased the game or have played it using FunPass membership.
But before we get into those instructions, please take time to ensure that your video card and audio drivers are up-to-date. This important step can make a world of difference when playing the latest games, which take advantage of rich, high-quality graphics and sound. In many instances outdated video or audio drivers can render a game unplayable. 2. Click the "Download Free" button to download and install the new, updated version of the game.
3. After the game downloads and installs (this will be the new version) click the "FunPass" tab.

Now, on to the instructions for obtaining the new, updated version of Love & Death(TM) - Bitten(TM)!
First, please uninstall the game completely:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Settings, then Control Panel.
3. Click Add or Remove Programs. Once that screen populates locate the game by name: Love & Death(TM) - Bitten(TM).
4. Click on the game's name...then click the Change/Remove button to uninstall the game.
Next, to re-download the game to get and install the new, updated version:

2. Click the "My GameHouse" tab; your "My Games" list with then display.
3. Locate the game by its title; the "Purchased" notation should be seen to the right of the title.

6. Enter the Email Address and Password you used to purchase the game.
