I'm having trouble with the level 7 in Peru. After I take the "extra layout base" on the pile on the left, the rest of the 3 cards in the pile stay hidden for the rest of the game. So I put the most card I can in the foudation piles, but after, I'm stuck because of the 3 cards that stay hidden in the left pile where there was the "extra layout base" card. What can I do??? Thanks

I'm having the same problem as Judith. I recently purchased the Mac version of the game. The card underneath "Extra Layout Base" doesn't flip over. Is there a fix?

I got the artifacts in the correct order, then a safe with three number combination appears. No instructions as to where to find the three numbers. Help

I'm having problems at level 1 I put artifacts in proper sequence the safe comes up but how do I get the correct combination to open the safe any assistance would be helpful thanks

here is how you get the safe combination the box that has the horn and it says the jewel before time if you look in the top right corner you will see the numbers 619 and that is the safe combination

I'm having trouble in opening the game after I have downloaded and installed. It says log in but a message comes up about something not being able to be found. I have windows 7. I have done a compatibility check and it says 'incompatible' In other games you can have the check saved for that particular game and you can go on and play it, but not with this one. Has anyone any ideas. Thanks, Heather

I'm having trouble (as Heather) in opening the game after I have downloaded and installed. It says log in but a message comes up about something not being able to be found. I have windows 7. I have the Mac version of the game. On level 3, two face down cards on the far left do not turn over. I've repeated this same bug 4 times. When I contacted customer support they told me that there have been no reports of this by anyone else. Obviously, they haven't bothered to look at their own forum.
I requested a refund.

I have the same exact problem, only it happens during the 2.1 part of the game.

On level 3, the face down cards on the upper left will play out, if you can play them all before you proceed with the rest of the game. I have a Mac too.

You are lucky because I can't figure out where the artifacts go and in which order. The number for the safe is suppose to be 619

I'm having trouble finding where the artifacts go. Tryed every possible way but can't go beyond. Maybe a default in my game but would greatly appreciate if someboday could give me the sequence so that I can go forwards

This game is listed as being compatible with Mac. However, Mac users are unable to complete the game due to the glitch in level 7 (Peru). I've just spent the last hour online with tech support who had me uninstall the game, reinstall the game, rearrange my settings, etc. etc. knowing that I was on a Mac. Why is this game listed as a Mac-friendly game when it obviously isn't and why doesn't tech support know about a problem that so many other people are having?

Hi Knuth I am having the same problem. I have tried so many combinations my clicker finger got a cramp. Can someone give us the combination so we can get on with the game? PLEASE

I do have exactly the same problem and I was told to go into the help forum to find out how I can fix this.

I love spider solitaire as far as solitaire for mac is concerned. By the way all solitaire games are interesting.
