Welcome to Jewel Quest: Heritage Premium Edition forum
I have tried to download this game several times, getting an error message that states that I am not connected to the Internet. I am connected, but it will not download without presenting this error.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

I am having the same problem as Deborah. I am connected to the internet, but I get a message that I am not. I love Jewel Quest and hope that someone can help me download this game very soon. Thank you.

I understand this game is not available at this time but should be available in the very near future.

The game isn't available until Feb 20 and then looks like it is going to be just like Mortimer Beckett. As with Mortimer, I have absolutely no intention of shelling out full price for this game! I have a yearly GamePass and apparently that doesn't mean anything. The only thing it got with RA was to get to download a game a little early but this did not exclude everyone else from getting the same game the same way for the same deal. It wasn't like a separation of classes kind of thing and yeah there are people who may not be able to afford this and just because you live on a budget doesn't mean you don't deserve some fun. I think this is a really poor way to treat your customers, just my opinion. I'm really looking forward to this new Jewel Quest but I'll wait for the "non-premier" edition thanks anyway.
I'm not normally a cranky person and in fact enjoy life very much so hopefully you won't judge me just based on the above!

I agree with SusK, I paid the price for the premier version of Mortimer Beckett, but I won't be doing that again. It wasn't worth it just to get the game a little earlier than the others. I love all the jewelquest games and the Mortimer Beckett games, but I think I will wait to get the new one with a funticket this time.

Where this game is listed under the match 3 games it states that Jewel Quest Heritage Premium Edition (Release Date: Feb 1, 2010)??? Well I am not sure who is using a different calendar then the one the rest of the world uses. But today is 2/17/2010????? So where is the game.
On the games download site it states that the full premium edition is for only fun-pass members!!! Well I am a fun-pass member and I cannot find any place on this page to click for the down load????

Jewel Quest Heritage has been out since January 2010. Just Google it and chose a link. I paid much less than the $19.99 rip-off price via GameHouse. I would tell you the game value is WORTH the higher price, but why pay more.

anyone having trouble with the game quitting &/or getting stuck part way through? I keep having trouble with one specific group of puzzles?? Is there a fix for this?? It's done this each time I try to work that specific set of puzzles.

Hi everyone. First posting. Very frustrated, purchased this game and it will not download. Spent a long, frustrating time on the phone with support. All they did was acknowledge there is a problem, and they are working on resolving it. I asked when, and was told within 24 hours and I would receive an email. This is my first game subscription and I am disappointed! The free down loads tried with my paid subscription freeze up, etc., etc., .
Would love someone experienced in dealing with gamehouse/realarcade issues helping me to do the same.

When I first started Heritage and realized I couldn't go on without doing it in sequence to get the puzzle pieces I almost gave up on the monkeys but thank you for forcing me to slow down and strategize on them. adding more time was brilliant. but now I've hit the wall. Francisca is missing a pece of her gown and it's nowhere to be found. I have struggled and completed every board before her and gotten a framed picture to prove it but there is no gown piece to allow me to move beyond her as, alas she holds the missing pieces to those above her. HELP!!!!! before I lose my mind, tell me...is it only me....are others finding the same problem....can it be fixed or do I just walk away with her half done? Any response will be appreciated. Thanks

Okay, I finally found the piece when I had to go up a level. The pieces and storyline now are mixed up. You might want to clarify on the game page that the pieces are there just not in order. Very poor game writing.

Can you share how you got past the monkeys I am having an awful time. I just cant figure it out@

Can someone please help me get past these monkeys in JQ? I have no clue how to master this level. What are the black boxes and how do you get rid of them. I am about to just delete this game and lose my money.

Regarding the missing puzzle piece on Francisca. I found it on Don Pedro after completing the board that has only one Monkey cage in the bottom right hand corner.

Iam in the 2nd level of the jewel boards I have one group of boards to complete before going to the 3rd level it's the Patricia Yellowtail board
How do we unlock to locks with the keyes on the board? we've lined them up in 3's that did'nt open the locks and no more info is available.
