Is anyone having an issue when playing the game that it randomly will quit? I can't even get jewel quest solitaire 3 to even work. It runs and then shuts down within 2 minutes.

I posted the same thing yesterday. It will play, but one section keeps shutting down. Must be a bug! Any responses yet that address this?

Same thing is happening to me. It will play OK for awhile, then crashes. How long does it typically take for someone to respond/fix these issues?

Me too. I've even tried rebooting my PC. Running IE 8.0.6
Really annoying, because I cannot finish one puzzle, any puzzle!
Let's get it FIXED! Especially if you have to pay $19.99 for it.

Apparently they don't read these forums. I even posted about it in the support forums, along with several other people and nothing had been resolved yet. I pay $20.00 a month for the fun pass and this issue us happening on every one of the last four new games I have downloaded. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel my account, no point in paying for games I can't even play!!

The message down below the download button says it is limited to trial basis and the game keeps cutting off on me also. I wonder if that means you have to buy the game even if you are paying for Fun Pass? I asked them a question: Have the rules changed for Fun Pass Members on certain games, or is there just a problem with the game?

i was having the same problem with this game and a few others. i switched from full screen to windowed mode in the options menu and disabled or disconnected from the internet then went back to the game, switch to full screen again and it worked.if you cant switch from full screen hold your ctrl alt then delete button, disable your internet connection then go back to the game. i havent had any problems since. this also fixed farm mania 2 and a few others. good luck.

Hulkster, are you a funpass member? As far as I know I have to be connected to the internet to play the games. When I login to a game as a funpass member it logs me on to the internet at the same time. I'm pretty sure that is the way it works anyway, I've never been able to play a game without internet connection.

I'm having the same problem - Funpass member running Win7 65-bit. Sent a message to Support, and received a speedy reply. They recommended running the game in Win98 emulation, tried that, and got an error message from the beginning. Went back and switched it to WinXP which worked for a day or two, but now it's closing out again with no warning.

I've tried windowed mode, same problem.

Tried closing out of absolutely every background program running (including virus scanners, etc), still the same problem.

And you're correct LaLa66, can't run Funpass games without connection to the internet.

I've replied to the original Support message with this information, hopefully they'll get a fix for this soon.

If all of you haven't done it already, be sure to contact Support directly and tell them you're having this problem. They don't read the forums, but they do answer those direct emails.

Yes I am a fun pass member.Once you log in and start playing you can disconnect from the internet and keep playing as long as you go to window mode and don;t close your game.If window mode doesn't work hold ctrl, alt and then press delete.I have high speed internet. as long as I don't quit the game after I log in and just disconnect from the internet after i have logged in.the game doesn't shut down this way.

I have had the same problem with games shutting down after only a few minutes. I discovered that if you're like me I am using the new Windows 7 and most of the games on Gamehouse are not compatable with Windows 7 and they will shut down after a few minutes. If this is the case then I am going to quit my membership in Gamehouse because I am not going to pay over $20 a month for something I can't use or even play the games I purchased up until now through Gamehouse and Realarcade. I was through Realarcade for approx 7 years now and have a lot of games and now most are usless because they will no longer play, I am not a happy camper at all!!!

Once the backup server problem was fixed this past weekend, I was playing to my heart's content. But just now, the game shut down unexpectedly after only 5 minutes of play. And now I cannot log back in to play. I click in to FunPass login and nothing happens. Absolutlely dead in the water. Help please! It's a fun game!
