This was easier to do than I thought! I was trying to complete the boards and the jewels on the map weren't changing from blue to gold to say I had completed the board in each area. I then discovered that all I had to do was do one board and only copy exactly the first three moves of my opponent - either Hani or Emma. Once I realised that it was simple to do and you get the jewel immediately.
A little tip, don't try to do your 3 moves while they are doing them as they move too quickly. Just watch their 3 moves then do yours afterwards - it worked for me.
