I can not get past level 14 and I can't figure what I am doing wrong. I do it and it says jewelery completed but when it goes to the map it just takes me back and makes me play the same level again.

Mine did the same thing at level 29. It also doesn't save anything I bought at the store at this level. I've been waiting all day to see if someone posts something about a bug in the game. I don't see any complaints on other site either. If anyone figures this out, please let us know.

Probably you are trying to contiune a game started when you were logged in as a different Windows user. So, try to login with the same windows user account as you were using when you first started the game.

Confirmed, same happening to me, only level 10 (Relaxed Mode). I am definitely using the same Windows account, there is only one account on this computer.

I emailed the site that created this game and have gotten no reply. I went to GameHouse live support and did what they told me and the game is still stuck. I'm rather annoyed that no one seems to be addressing this issue. I've run out of ideas.

Here's a copy of the response from GameOn:

First I would like to thank you very much for reporting the bug and that you also took contact with us (the developer of the game) directly. Also, I am sorry that we have not been able to get back to you before now, but it has been a very hectic time recently.

This error was recently reported by a different game portal, but unfortunately we hadn't the time to fix and inform GameHouse about it before thay released it. But yesterday we sent a new build where this error is fixed, so hopefully they will upload it soon.

Although one user on the GH forum say she/he only got one Windows account, we are sure this new version will fix the problem which is caused by multiple Windows user accounts and conflicting write permissions for saving games. Unfortunately the new version will not be able to continue on saved games from the current version.

Good news. I uninstalled the game, ran a disk cleanup of my temp files and reinstalled it - AND IT WORKS! Great job GameOn!!

What if you only installed it yesterday, 25th, and it still sticks? Level 23 in my case. This is quite bizarre and extremely frustrating!

I am in extreme need of help. i have reinstalled the game more than ten times, I have erased my temp files and data files for the game, and nothing works. The game makes me play the same level again, sometimes as early as level 14, sometimes at level 17 or 29. Besides, it does not save more than one profile. If I start with another profile and quit, when I come back it does not show the new profile. I am tired and I think I will ask for a refund if a solution is not forthcoming
