Just bought the game and really like it. However, halfway through, it crashes. Tried everything I could think of but nothing works. Have Mac Snow Leopard.Tried e-mailing customer service, but it won't go through. Anyone have any suggestions.

I am on a MAC and have the same problem: game crashes at "Knightly Woods" Called Tech Support re Bill's advise and was UNsupported...All the tech would say was to post here and wait for a reply...this is the second game in a row that has not performed on my MAC even tho they are presented as MAC formatted. The other game was "Born into Darkness" where the Elements in the Ritual Scroll would not respond to my mouse at all. Seems quite a few others have had the same problem and are calling for the code writers to correct their errors. Gamehouse should credit my account for the 2 games and send the programs back to be repaired properly before selling anymore defective products. Are you listening, Bill??

I have the same problem. It crashed at the exact same point. I even re-downloaded it. Now I can't even open the game, which sucks especially since I just bought it today.

Same problem with crashing at chapter 3. Same problem with e-mailing support from their web page. I am a new member to this site, and if I continue to have problems, I'll become an ex-member real quick.

I'm having the same problem on my Mac. Same crash at the precise same place. Ummm gee, I wonder if it's a programming problem. Get your act together GameHouse.

I have both iMac (2006 Core Dual) and MacBook Air (2008 Core2 Dual) and both crashed at the same place (Chapter 3: Knightly Forest). Both Mac are running 10.6.2. According to the crash report, it looks like the problem is due to bad/missing resource files for the graphics elements.

Since so many people are having the same problem, I contacted the game developer.
Hopefully, I will get a response soon.

Also I contacted GameHouse a few days ago , but had no response.

Update-the game developer said that he sent an update to Gamehouse over 3 weeks ago and has contacted them several times. I have called customer service twice but nothing helps.

Crashed the same place for me on my Mac running Snow Leopard and I contacted the support staff. They ended 8 days of correspondence with instructions on how to reinstall the game for Windows XP or Vista!! Great attention to detail don't you think!

Oh yea, no fix for the problem as of March 24th.

I just sent a copy of the crash report to Tech support.
Hopefully, it will help them locate the problem and come up with a solution.
