Shuts down while loading at chapter 3

I played for the one hour just fine, but after I paid for the game, it shuts down as it tries to load chapter 3. What do I do?

Thought it was me. I'm having the same problem in chapter 3, the third round. I hope they post a fix for this!

Had the same issue. As soon as I finished chapter two the game shut down. However, I was able to log right back in, my progress had been saved and now I've finished chapter three and am working on chapter four. Maybe a glitch in the game, but seems to work fine if you log back in.

I, too, are having problems with chapter 3 for Mac on Jane Angel Templar. The first hour of play is fine, then he quits at chapter 3. I have re-downloaded and it still has the same problem. Please advise. cynthiahersey@att.net

I too have the same problem. Program quits in chapter 3 at the Knightly Forest. Please advise when program is fixed and we can download program again.

i thought something was wrong with my computer. i am having the same problem with chapter 3. i tried to re download and even started over from the beginning and the same thing happens. anybody know if it is getting fixed. its a bummer when it happens AFTER you pay for it.

FYI i emailed customer support as i am sure many of you did and requested a fix or a credit for my purchase and was told to download again and that they are working on it. that was almost a week ago and it still doesnt work. anyone else have any ideas?

Nope I don't have a fix but just so you know I downloaded the game at BFG and it is doing the exact same thing. Must be some sort of glitch in the programming?
