I got the free game of the day hollywood tycoon and when it asks to load or new game i hit load then the players name and when the white load line stops at 3/4 of the way and don't move. can you tell me why? I have been waiting now for 5 hours. I then deleted the game and re downloaded it and still it does the same thing. I've went for help here and still nothing.
My name is Edward and I am apart of the marketing team from Social Game Universe, the creators of Hollywood Tycoon. I have personally asked our programmers what you might need to do to resolve your issue. Here is what you may want to do:
Once the loading bar stops, can you press Ctrl-Alt-Del to open the Windows Task Manager, then go to the "Performance" tab and tell me what is says under "Physical Memory (K)"? I'm wondering if you're running out of RAM. If that's the case then your computer may not meet the game requirements, or you may have too many other applications running when you try to play the game.
