count me in as one of the frustrated black screen too. uninstalled and tried twice more with no success

I just completed the game. Everything is doable in it, it was just difficult to figure out. You have to take the game token to the fairy in the woodland painting and he gives you a package. Then you use the box cutter on the package to get the blueprints for the power drainer. Everything went quickly from there. Hope you can figure it out.

Joyfulthings, it's not a matter of difficulty, it's that sometimes when you start again after quitting, the background screen is black and there's no way for you to accomplish anything. I think that the saved game is getting corrupted, because i started another game after hitting that and was ok until that one got messed up.
Support tried telling me that I need new video drivers but I have the latest ones for my hardware.
I could probably finish the game if I started yet another profile and just played right through, but it's very frustrating to have to do that.

Make that at least 5 of us! This is driving me barmy. I have tried setting up new profiles but that doesn't work either. The guy on the helpline said my drivers were out of date but I checked all my drivers and they were fine. Think this was just to get me off the line! Want my money back now!

Joyfulthings where is the game token. I can not find most of this stuff to complete this game game it is sort of frustrating.

In the ritual hall choose the second picture, then enter it.
Zoom into the stall on the right side of the screen and take the game token.

i am too having problems with this game, i keep getting a black screen and i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing..... wonder why so many of us is having problems with this game???? I am also having problems with another game as well. Hardly worth the frusting time of tring to play these games??? good luck all.

make me #10 I guess 
I"m not getting a black screen, but I can't use the elevator, it won't let me off on ANY floor, I can't use spark magic on the floating machines like the walkthroughs I've read trying to get unstuck told me to do.......... I have it but it does nothing. Lol I keep hoping I"m just stuck from not doing something right! Am about to just quit and start all over again.
