Cant run the game without redownloading every time

I just purchased Gardenscapes. The only way I can get it to run is to redownload every time. I'm running Windows 7. This is very annoying. Thanks!

Did you find a solution to this problem..? The same thing is happening to me, and I just purchased the game in Jan 2012... So annoying, and a total waste of my money if this issue does not have a fix.

I too have had to redownload each time I wanted to play, but now that doesn't work and I can't uninstall the game so I can reinstall. At one point I had an error message that I failed to upgrade. How was I supposed to know that I needed to do that?

I just spoke with customer service, there is a fix for this.

Right click the game icon, go to properties. Click the compatibility window. Click the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" Make sure the drop down box is set to "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" Then go to the bottom and click the box next to "Run this program as an administrator" When you reopen the game it will have a popup, click Allow.

The game should start working!
