Why are global scores not posting?

I've been having this problem since Friday. I tried chatting with a technician, but he claims he hasn't heard of the problem. Do you have a free or a paid version of your game?

ps: my game is super collapse 3 -- all versions including classic as well as the other modes such as relapse, puzzle and continuous. I'm using XP.

I've been having this problem for over a week. I don't even like to play if my score doesn't post. How do you contact tech services

I reported the problem with global scores (Sudoku) at least two months ago. They said they were working on it.

What are the possibilities of getting this issue solved? It has taken since September and seems to be a tough cookie to solve!
