My name is Lajos Nadasi, I am the programmer of Fiona Finch and the Finest Flowers. I would be happy if I could answer for your questions regarding the game.

We (my colleagues Janos and Zoltan) are in Hungary, so sometimes because of the different time zone, we need a little bit more time to answer for your questions, but we are reading this forum regularly.

I have downloaded and installed the application without a problem, however when i try to play the game using my Fun Pass I simply get a message box with the message:

Unable to load progress data from the file: Progress_data_story.xml

Then when I click OK it simply aborts.

Please report this problem to the Gamehouse staff. This problem is not related to the game itself, but it seems the Gamehouse's FunPass System has some problems.

My game keeps locking up crossbreeding a rose and a petunia in the 4th garden. Now I can't continue playing because I'm not able to move the flowers to keep it from locking up. I get an error message about it as well. What can I do short of ditching my progress?

I love the game so much I purchased it but I cannot get past the 2nd farm. I'm sure I have accomplished all I need to do this, but all the other farms past 1 and 2 remained locked! Help please!! Thank you.

It's hard to tell you from here what is the problem, we never heard similar problem before. My only guess maybe you have too much weed in the garden. Do you seed the red weed warning sign or not?

Sorry for the error (nobody reported similar error before, so currenlty I have no idea what is the source of the problem), I can advice you only to restart this garden from the ingame menu. If you could write here the exact error message maybe we can identify this problem from the message.

In the "Play Story" mode, I was able to play with no problems up until level 5. Finest Forest. Half way through this level the screen starts flashing back and forth from the game to the desktop so fast that all I can do is watch the screen switch back and forth. I try clicking on the screen, hitting escape and nothing has any affect. I've let it go for several minutes hoping it would stop, but it doesn't. I eventually have to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and go into task manager and end task. In "Free Gardening" mode, all levels allow me to start growing all the flowers, even the cross breeds, purchase some upgrades but then once I purchase a couple of machines (ie. stove, fruit dryer, etc.) the game starts with the flashing back and forth as mentioned above.
