Hi Philippe,
Lab table: Grind the clovers with the pestle in the mortar. Pour the alcohol into the burner. Place the wick into the burner and use the lighter on it. Pour the sulfur, coffee, and ground clovers into the beaker. Use the distiller.
Pick up the elixir and return to the master bedroom to give it to Garret.
You find the sulfur, there where you picked up the Seal of Moon at the greenhouse after you have finished off the meat eating plant with the poison.
