I cannot find the last skull anywhere. I have searched with the monkey, and gotten as high on every game as I can. I haven't gotten as many birds or fish collected as I possibly could, but I'm sure that the rest of the collections on both require opening up the rest of the island.. which I'm also sure needs all of the skulls to do.
