Hello,
Here I am again with the same problem, different game. Does anyone have
any suggestions? It takes quite awhile for the game to load, but once it does
it will be doing fine, and then the whole game just disappears. The screen is back to my desktop & even the fun pass login box is gone. This is the 6th game I have had problems with (one which has finally worked). I hope there is a quick fix soon.

I have been having this same problem with the last three Hidden Object games I've downloaded on Funpass. I thought it was just me but now I'm seeing it's the same for others. It's frustrating as can be. I hope Gamehouse will fix this soon because I'm not paying almost $20.00 a month for this anymore!!! (Which I was just charged)

I have been having the same problem. I usually get around it by whiping out my saved log in information and reentering it. This time it did not work. I did notify Gamehouse of my problem, maybe they can figure out a solution.

Ditto here! Same problem with games just shutting down. It seems like ever since Real Arcade was added to Gamehouse, problems with hidden games started. Might be a coincident or not!! Hope that the problems will stop as I am with you on the frustration level of paying monthly and games not working after downloading! Also couldn't support put the fix for games somewhere onto our forums? Frustrating emailing them and waiting for a reply, even though it seems like they do respond to emails faily quickly(within a day).

Well I guess it's reasuring that others are having the same problem I am but I would sure like to hear how to solve the problem. If anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE post it so we can move on.

Thanks for letting me know ahead of the download process that this game, as others, will not work. The only suggestion I have for those of you who have already downloaded it is to first play the 60 minute trial.....that seems to run fine. It's after you go to funpass that you run into problems.

PS. Support told me to change the compatability in properties; right click on game icon; click properties; click compatability tab; run compatible with windows XP (service pack 2) - even though I am running Vista - and, then click the box that allows you to run program as adminstrator. It didn't solve my problem / help me with the games - but, maybe it will work for you........................

Check the support forum, there is a sticky post by GH that addresses this issue. It is happening to a lot of people and they are working trying to figure it out. So far it's been nearly a week, but I'm holding out hope that they will resolve it soon. I've been a member for three years and would hate to have to go somewhere else.

I played the game almost to the end, and had to leave, and the game didn't save, didn't even save my profile, and I would have had to start the whole thing over again. Which I certainly didn't enjoy enough to want to go back through all of that again. Dang it. I did want to finish it though...guess I will wait a year or so, lol. I just don't enjoy replaying games like this.
