Go back into the Place, where you need the bone. click on the orange bottle of that scientific object again. Go now back to the room behind the kitchen and click just once on the head of the skeleton (greenish colour) in the crack of the wall. You will retrieve instantly your bone. I don't know if it helped, but I went sometimes back into her bedroom just for placing the belongings I have found on the way. When you click on her memories (top middle of the screen) the found objects will be placed, where there where before just green contours.
Let me know if you can retrieve that bone......

I am also having trouble with getting the piece of bone. I have done all you have said, but nothing works. Any other tips? Getting annoyed with it now!

I have done what you suggested. When you click on the orange bottle the game is supposed to trigger a new task to get a bone. Mine does NOT trigger a new task and whe I go to get the bone all I get is the dialog that says its OK to take the bone but the game will not allow me to get it. - A game glitch??? - HELP

I want to finish this game darn it..but I don't even get the task to find a bone fragment when I click on the orange bottle. I've tried everything putting all her belongings in place, redownloading the game and doing it over and over again...but when I go back to her body all I get is our conversation about the bone and I don't get the bone. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Lagoona,
I did exactly as you said in the lab...after clicking the orange bottle a box came up and said that I need a bone fragment etc..then I went back to the kitchen to the skeleton,clicked on it and it said I can have the bone but I still cant pick it up.
Anymore suggestions?

Yeay! Finally got it. I started the game over with a new profile and sailed through collecting the bone. Hopefully it works for you.

t's exactly like Footrot said you can do it, BUT JUST CLICK ONCE ON THE SKELETONS HEAD (green area) when you start clicking and clicking something with the game is wrong and you don't get the bone at all, the only thing left is restarting under an other name and do nothing when you are at this place just ask the hint. and follow it's advice.

l am stuck at the sheild l put the sheild together and l can't get the sword, l even did a different profile, please help me

Hi Kidds,
You have first to get to know what for you need the sword. So go there and click on it. Than you can take the sword, that is first you have to put the cart together and when the wall is free you can click on it.

After you have discovered Isabellas bones in the cracked wall and you clicked it once, you finished the chapter 4. DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CLICK ON ISABELLA'S REMAINS UNTIL YOU HAVE TO GET THE BONE = Chapter 6, When you get the task to make the oil.
If you have clicked on it between this two events, you have no other choice than to restart, without the bone you can't continue.

I replayed it specially for you, You have to fix the cart first with the pin and the hammer. Then you have to click the wall and it lets you know that you can remove the grout. Now you can go to the shield turn every single one. Look at the very bottom left and right parts have to be turned aswell. When every puzzle part is in the right place she will let you know, that now you can take out a sword. Remove with it the grout and you are in the next room.
