Customers may observe that their computer will not enter "sleep" or "hibernate" mode while the game is running, as the game's design does not support either mode. It will be necessary to close the game before placing the computer in "sleep" or "hibernate" mode.

On a related note, users running Windows Vista may observe that this game "crashes" if they place their PC in "sleep" mode and then revisit the game after bringing their computer out of "sleep" mode. As noted above, the game's design does not support "sleep" mode; users will want to exit the game before putting their PC to "sleep."

And users running Windows XP may note two issues: The game's load time is considerably longer than they might have seen with other PC games. And if they press CTRL+ALT+DEL they may notice that the game screen freezes and they do not have access to the desktop. We believe both issues are related to outdated video drivers; however, the specifications of those drivers are not available at this time.

I've been having difficulties in Case #2. In the back of the ambulance "butterfly" is listed twice and when i use the hint button it just zeroes out. Anyone know how to fix that?

In Case Two I am in a screening room and there is one object that I cannot find, it looks like a type of corkscrew. I have tried hints and nothing comes up. I have clicked all over the screen, I think it is just missing but I can't go any further without it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing new happens. Frustrating to pay and can't play!
