After challenge 59, I cannot attempt the Tangram Puzzle

Supposedly when I get there with the rope, I'm supposed to fix the lift.. but instead "Everett" has taken off with it, (along with my rope -or was it the screwdriver... whatever... regardless its gone apparently)... and even though I have all of the parts of the Tangram, it keeps saying I haven't completed alll the challenges... except I have,.. I've walked through then entire place multiple times, and i'm not even getting a catchup puzzle (#60) or anything. Again, I have all the parts,,, yet when I click it, I can't do it... even though everytime I click my character, she says to herself that she may as well do the Tangram and get it over with while waiting for the

What the heck can I do besides start over??? HELP?!

I have this same problem, restarting the game won't work either, I already tried that. I have been reading allot of the forums and a few people have been uninstalling the game and re-downloading it. I'm gonna try that. you can try and run it as an administrator, it didn't work for me but it might work for you. After I re-download the game and try to play it I'll let you know if it worked. If you have already fixed this problem though could you please tell me how to do it.

Hi Wendyrx and Tbzstj6,

Everett will take the screwdriver. You see Ruby fall from a gondola. You and Everett now have to make one.
Click on the red-eyed totem if you need to make up points. After you have done Challenge 60 (that rings a bell) you can do the Tanagram Puzzle.

I have played this game until the end without any problems.

Try this, it might solve your problem:
Right click your shortcut and choose Properties. Click on Find Target. It will open up a second window, leave that one open. Right click on your shortcut and delete it.

Right click on the ....exe file from this game and create a shortcut. This new shortcut you can move from this window to wherever you want it to be, just take it with your left mouse hold down button and move it.

Now do the following, depending the system you are running:
Windows 95, 98 and NT: Right click on the shortcut and go to Properties
Choose the Compatibility Tab by clicking on it. Look down to Input settings
Tick the Box: Turn off advanced text services for this program

Vista: Right click on the game and go to properties
Choose the Compatibility Tab by clicking on it. Look down to settings
Tick the box: Disable display scaling on high DPI settings

If it doesn't works, Let me know, so I can guide you to uninstall it and then delete everything from your game savings and reinstall the game, it wipes out everything and you will have to start from scratch.

I'm having that same problem except I have a challenge to complete but I can't get thru it. Can someone help me, I have to choose a code to get me in the treasure chest: _xnumber1, _xnumber 2, HELP!!!!!!!!! It's challenge 59
