If you are still interested in the solution:
Put the strawberries first. Leave a gap around each fruit. Now you can fill in leaves, roses, cherries and whipped creme (because there are each 7 pieces, you take from each only one at the time and fill in the gaps. Repeat the process until you have placed them all.
