Help! Have scissors, need one more dream fragment...

My only tool left is a pair of scissors. I need one more dream fragment. I can't seem to finish Annie's painting - the bottom portion. I've tried all the colors on the palette & none of them are a match. When I click on hints it just flashes the paintbrush or the rag or the paint thnner. Then it will flash on each paint color. I've tried clicking on them with the paintbrush in the order that they flash, but nothing works. I've gone back to everyone's dream, every room, even the secret basement room in Dr. Alexander's office. I can't find anyting else. Please help! I'm addicted to this game but can't go on.

Hi FlaGrammie57,

You use the Wake up Button and return to the Reception Area and use the Light Blue Paint Tube on the Ink Bottle. Collect the Dark Blue Ink and then return to Anne's Room. Use the Nocturnal Sky, Columns and Door Drawings on the Cork Board and then click on Anne. Use the Green Pigment, Dark Blue Ink, White Paint and Yellow Paint on the Canvas. Click the Wake Up button and go to the Pharmacy.

Thanks Lagoona, for answering. But ooops, guess I'll have to make up a new name & start over. I had already used the paint tube way back & wondered what the blue ink bottle was for. It didn't save it in my tools after a few rounds though. I wonder if it can only save so many tools & "loses" the extras??? Btw, is the head in the captain's dream (in the background behind the dock) for the statue in the lobby?

Hi FlaGrammie57,

Did you used the Light Blue Paint Tube on the Ink Bottle? If yes, you might be able just to pick it up and you don't have to restart. The game doesn't loose the extras. It will all be in your inventory. Your inventory has left and right arrows to scroll through. Like that you can make objects visible. The head is just a head and has nothing to do with the lobby.
