Dragon Hatchery says Im not connected to the internet

I have a FunPass monthly subscription, and after downloading Dragon Hatchery, I was unable to play the game.

The game does not seem to recognize my internet connection... I double-checked my firewall settings to be sure it was not blocked, and nothing I can do seems to help... It keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet.

All other games I have installed right now work fine, and do not tell me I am not connected... they are having no problems at all...

Is this an issue with this game only? Has anyone else experienced this issue as well?

Hi DragonLady --

Thanks for posting your issue! I am the developer of the game. I tried downloading and playing the game on my wife's Windows Vista laptop and got the same error. I searched the GameHouse forums and found that there are a few of their games that have this problem. I have reported the issue to GameHouse and apologize that you will have to wait to try Dragon Hatchery on GameHouse until there is a fix.

Is there a fix to this yet? I've just discovered it on Scrabble Plus and Yahtzee. All other games I've been using on Vista for a year have worked great.

The same thing is happening with the new Farm Frenzy Gone Fishing game. Very disappointing!!

Playing Farm Frenzy Gone Fishing, the game slows down at random moments which makes it really tedious to continue playing. Is anyone else having this problem?
