I recently used my free credit to get this game and either one I play, 1 or 2, it's not saving my game so next time I go back in it asks me to set up a profile and all my previous progress is gone. Why is this happening, am I missing something?? I don't see anywhere that it says to save my game. Please help!

I downloaded Double Play - Jojo's Fashion Show 1 & 2 and I was able to reproduce the scenario you have described. I'm having the same problem. This is really irritating. Any ETA on when this will be fixed? The game is not playable without the ability to save profile progress.

I'm still having this issue also, a month after the original post, so I don't expect it to be fixed any time soon either. Guess the games will just have to wait until I have an entire day to do nothing but play straight through.

My wife and I, both have this game installed on our computers and neither of us is able to save the game.... it's really frustrating

Still cannot save! I am very disappointed to see that this has been an ongoing issue since February. I am new here to gamehouse and was once a huge fan of realarcade. Please tell me this is not what this has come down to? 4 months for a fix? Thats not acceptable by my terms. If this isnt addressed before my free trial runs out I am sad to say that i will not be a subscriber. I was soo looking forward to it too, I was afraid this.... Once a company gets too big it doesn't bother with fixes

For the record I am using Windows Vista

I going to assume there is still no word as to why this is happening? I am also a transfer from Real Arcade and while I understand issues arise with games, and Game House only supplies the game, they don't necessarily create them, I would like to think that they would be going to bat for their customers to help solve this problem.

What is frustrating is that I really enjoy the game! I'm just so sick and tired of playing the same levels over and over!

Quite frustrating considering that it has been 10 months and gamehouse has not bothered to even ADDRESS this issue! And BTW it is a gamehouse issue as I have access this game on another outlet and have no technical issues at all. LOVE this game and wish gamehouse would do something about their customers concerns. Especially when people are paying a monthly fee.

I just downloaded this game and the game still isn't saving. Its really annoying only being able to play the first 3 stages over and over again. If its not going to be fixed I want my money back for the game.

Nice to know that it's not just me! I cannot get Game 1 to save AT ALL. (BTW, my OS is Windows 7)
