on one of these occasions I had my Jewel Quest 11 on Pause when it froze again and now
I can not remove the pause or use jewel Quest 11 any more

I bought this game two days ago. I played the free hour first then bought it. I had to restart a new character, which was unusual. Then I played it for quite a while and got through a generation. Today I went to play it again, I have no character again. It seems my game will not save my progress or characters. Should I uninstall and reinstall?

My game is very stable and I am enjoying it, but I am having a sort of dumb problem. I have no idea how you get to the hidden or locked levels. Can someone please tell me?

I have been trying to complete Iceland Hekla and am unable to. Have played multiple times and am just not able to finish the corner blocks. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
