I need to know why i can't play this game every time i try to play or when i download it i get the message no hardware support please help me i love this series i can play delicious 1 and 2 but that is it i need to know why i want to play

I can't continue to play the game either. I downloaded it, and played for a while, and then I got booted. Now I sign in, and the game simply doesn't launch. Your tech support is trying to help me, but so far, nothing is working. It doesn't sound like it is my system, so maybe the game has a problem.

I've found Henri, he's the character in Pastry Passion, he's in the picture near the door in the 4th restaurant but I forget the day..
But who's Jack actually?
