Problems with sound

Has anyone had problems with the sound in this game? For some reason I have no sound when I play even though I have the settings set to allow both music and sound effects and my computer's sound is on as well. I also redownloaded the game and it still has no sound. I have no trouble with sound on any other game I play on this laptop.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. L.

Yes! Me and my daughter both have it downloaded and we both have had trouble with the sound on certain levels. I have had more trouble than she has. I've had blanked out sound on at least four entire levels. It really makes catching the mouse hard when you can't hear it. I just ended up playing those levels over when needed. Sometimes the sound was working the second time around. Sorry I don't have any solutions to help you.
