As far as I know there is only 1 size of kebab. It has 3 pieces of food on it. It starts with only meat available and then adds bell pepper and pineapple later. Just click the food in the order it appears to be put on the skewer and after the third piece is put on it will go on the grill automatically.

I take the roast + the pepper which turns it into a kabob but once it is cooked and put n serve tray, it cannot be served to customer. Do you just ignore pepper uneless customer requets it? I haven't tried that.

You need to put three items on the skewer in order to make the kebab (for example, meat/pepper/meat, or pepper/pepper/meat); which three, and in what order, depends on what the customer has requested. If you make it but then it won't 'serve' to the customer it's probably because it isn't quite right, i.e. not exactly how they ordered it. You need to be careful to match what they ask for exactly
