Getting Expert on Day 4 of Snuggleford Inn

I keep going through Day 4 (where the family/friends come to dinner) of the Snuggleford Inn and can't seem to get enough points to get to expert. Any suggestions?
FYI, I have used the newspapers (couldn't figure them out at first) and try to keep enough turkey portions available, but still can't get the score up enough for expert.

It stumped me too, at first. The key is the hidden mouse. It's worth an extra 100 points when you find it, but you can only get it once per level and then never again. You also need the points from the "Listen to Everyone" task of the day too. So you need to complete *both* tasks on the same day to get enough points for the expert score.

I had to start the whole game over to get an expert for this one, since I had already gotten the mouse before I figured out I needed those extra 100 points to get the expert score.

I couldn't get it the first time around, but when I started the game again, I made sure I did all the tasks, especially the "listen to everyone" before I clicked on the mouse and finally got Expert! Whew!
