Let me start by thanking GH for creating this brilliant game - I'm an old delicious fan and absolutely loved this one. I actually think it's the best one so far. It's obvious it was made with much love. That's why I was more than glad to pay extra for the premium version but was a little disappointed to learn that it does not actually contain all that was promised. Well, at least mine doesn't. I tried contacting GH support but got an insulting reply telling me this is not a technical problem and was sent here (is here GH customer support or a gathering place for players?)
Anyways... I do not have not even one extra level when was promised 10! Where are they? Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions regarding solutions? Who shall I speak to?
Have a wonderful week you all...

Couldn't of said it better where are the extra ten levels? This was the deal breaker for me to buy it so soon. Disappointed!

I agree! I just wrote a review commenting on the same thing. They also stated 6 extra upgrades. That sounds to me like a 6th restaurant. I won the game from the childhood memories write in contest so I didn't have to buy it. I've read reviews about other premium games not meeting expectations so I don't think I will be buying any. But I'll always buy any Emily Delicious game that comes out at the regular price!

I was wondering the same thing. The only thing I could think of if the premium version of the game has 50 levels and the regular edition only 40.

I didn't buy it either. I won it in a daily forum contest.

I didn't think of that! All the other games have 5 restaurants, maybe this one has only 4 at the regular price. Food for future thought.

I was actually wondering about this too. I thought I must have read the information on the game incorrectly. I am glad to know I was not the only one who was bothered by this. What exactly IS the point of buying the game at a higher price if the regular edition is going to contain the exact same gameplay as the premium edition? I am usually pretty easygoing about these things, but I think that the advertising for this game was VERY misleading and I am feeling a bit cheated at the moment. I pride myself in trying to buy as many games from the developers as I can because I believe they deserve our support, But misleading people into purchasing something at a higher price with the promise of levels which are not delivered is a bit of a breach of trust in my opinion.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feel cheated. When I was nearing the end of the fifth restaurant, I was so excited to see the extra one, but none was to be found. I was very disappointed, and checked the game info on this site several times to make sure I'd understood. And it does state "10 extra levels". Like Cherryrose pointed out, all other games have had 5 restaurants, so it's a natural and logical to assume that this also have 5, and that 10 extra levels means a 6th. When it doesn't that's called misleading and false advertising.
If GH can't produce these promised levels, the only fair thing is to do is for them to give us a part of the payment back.

I also think it's questionable that nobody from GH has replied to this post. I find that cowardly. If they care about their customers, they need to repond to this, and explain themselves, or risk loosing customers. I, for one, won't be buying any more games from this website if they don't.

EDIT: I just checked the game page now, and they've changed the discription to "total of 50 levels". It still says "6 extra upgrades", which I haven't seen in my game, just the 6 per restaurant that's been there for every game.

Yep, much as I love the Delicious games, they always have 5 levels, so I was disappointed to find the much-publicised 'extra level' doesn't really exist. I suppose the real test will be to see if the standard edition, when it comes out, really does only have the first four levels.

I also wondered where those "10 extra levels" were. At first I thought maybe I read the description wrong but now I see that others saw the same thing. The only reason I purchased the Premium Edition was because of the extra levels and extra upgrades. I have really enjoyed the other "delicious" games. I am playing this game through for the second time now but I just don't feel it delivers what was promised.
