Hi Tiffanymedders,
Go to the Security Room and play a HO by the trash can, which is in front of the building and collect an axe. Use it to cut the bushes right by the fountain. Go right and you will be in front of the Killer Coaster. If you now go left you come to the Fortuneteller. By the Fortuneteller you have three choices straight forward is the Ferry Wheel and left is the Haunted House.
To get to the side access of the Killer Coaster you have to go right by the Fortuneteller.

there is a crowbar that you can grab. forgot which scene it will open up the fence on the other side
