Known Issues as of Release

Some customers may experience inconsistent launching of this game, especially on PCs running Windows XP. This issue will be addressed by a future update to the game and information about that update will be posted as it becomes available.

Some customers may also experience an issue if they attempt to close the application after starting this game. Doing so results in the "Do you really want to quit? Yes/No" dialog box to appear, however we have seen instances where that dialog box will fade in and out rather than remain a steady display. The game developer plans to address this issue with an update; we will post more information as it becomes available.

So, I have windows 7, and this game took probably 3-5 minutes to load because it was so choppy. I run World of Warcraft for goodness sake on this machine without batting an eye, is there a reason a simple game doesn't cooperate with it? Glad I didn't buy it first and had the pass so i play whatever i want for "free".

Is there a patch for the game so it will run better? anyone else come across this problem?

running on windows 7 and having no choppy problems or loading problems. But After the second Mall it seems to just close the game randomly. People getting this game from other sites seem to have a similar problem from what I've read, so I suspect it's a game issue rather than GH?

I am a FunPass member running windows Vista SP2, Google Chrome and the game closes on its own. This happened in the very first mall. All other GH games run fine. I have about 6 downloaded at this time.
