Hello - I purchased Collapse this morning but every time I try to download, I get a network error. FAQ section mentions three fixes - check that you are online (I am), disable firewall (I did) and reset the browser (I did that, too). I don't see any option for me to contact customer service. Any other ideas?
It must be a problem on Gamehouse's end, because its giving me the same network error. I also tried the 3 fixes, and still not working for me either. I've tried to download on internet explorer, firefox, netscape navigator AND google chrome, so its definitely not a browser issue either. Frustrating! Hope Gamehouse gets this fixed ASAP
I too purchased Collapsed this morning (after waiting patiently for release. )I got the same network error message, and the green bar filled immediately and the download size was given as o.o Mb s. I too tried the 3 usual fixes to no avail, although I did think it was unlikely the fault was at my end. Come on GH this is not like you.
