Hookman is a good game however...after having problems for over 2 months with the game running roughly, shutting down, freezing my computer, notification many times that "virtual memory is insufficient", after having done what I thought was prudent to correct as advised in the forum.. . I have uninstalled this game and intend to notify Gamehouse of this inferior product. Never have this occur with any other game from any other site, and I suspect I am not the only one who feels this way. Over all Gamehouse taking over for RealArcade has been less than stellar. Seriously condsidering not renewing my subscription.

I have redownload this game 10 times now called customer service had some person I couldn't understand tell me to reload it again it keeps coming up with a script error message and when I do reload it it comes up with the trial page. I paid for the game. and now i can't even play it

I too have had problems with this game. It won't even start and the support from GameHouse is useless. They just keep telling me to redownload it and register it despite the fact I have redownloaded it many times and it just will not work at all.
