Have the same problem. Then couldn't relaunch program. However, reloaded the game and at the start menu it asked if I wanted to continue my game. When answered "Yes" it let me continue the game past the Demo screen. However, on exit it again sends me to the "demo finished" screen. However, when re-entering and saying "yes" to continue it takes me to the correct place I have got to. Very buggy not sure how much futher I will get till it falls over again.

I'm having the same problem also. Hope it gets fixed soon, I was really enjoying the game.

Problem still exists. Guess I'll try back later. Sure does ruin a good rainy afternoon for playing games.

I am at the point in the game where you have to get another punchcard and I cannot figure out what to do. I keep trying to use the punch machine by using the toggle switches to match the map nearby, but I cant get it to match. I am stuck here and cant get any further. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello everyone.
Just want to let everyone know that the "demo is over" error that some FunPass users were getting is now fixed. In order to fix it we had to update the game itself so you will need to download a new copy and reinstall it.

look at design on paper and coppy design to machine by moving handles up or dowwn to get design

I am stuck where you nned to find the tiles for the crypt wall. have all but two of the ones with stick figures,. (and cannot find the wires to engine anywhere?) what am i doing wrong. All hints keep saying same thing but no help... put symbols on crypt wall... How??

I am just new here in gamehouse. I am very fond of playing online games. I have a 2MB wireless internet and enjoying playing games.

I echo the problems others are having.... very disappointing. I get to the car and as soon as I find all of the pieces the program shuts down. Over and over I have had this problem. If it continues I guess I'll just uninstall and forget about playing it. Hate to do that since the little I've been able to play has been fun, but a game is only fun if it works.

Make sure you are downloading a new copy. My wife was having this issue and I saw that a fix was out. We had to uninstall the game, download it again and install it again before it would work.

I am having the same issue and i really want to play this game. I have tried uninstalling the game and all files and reg settings and the game house installer. I rebooted my pc then did a fresh install and the same thing happens. I have no problem playing any other games

On the game, Campfire Legend:The Hookman, the sentences that pop up at the bottom of the scene to give tip and clues , the letters are all jumbled up and has letters missing so you can't read it, does anyone have a solutions to this problem? Thank you for any help you can give me.

This has been one of the most enjoyable and exciting games i have played in a year. In order to find you way around a game like this one it is important to read the messages.

Absolutely agree - love interactive hidden object games and this one has the added bonus of really really good mini-games. Fantastic. Sorry its over!

i just bought this game a few days ago, i got as far as the boathouse door puzzle.... the openings in order to place the numbers are on top and to the right, so u can shift the numbers around... the opening stands on top, i cant even move the number into it and when i turn it the opening goes to the left side.... i uninstalled and redownloaded the game twice, to no avail. still the same glitch. any other suggestions? i am using a macbook

There is a walkthrough for this game on www.gamezebo which I found immensely helpful when I got stuck.

hi. i downloaded free trial of campfire legends hookman. i love it, it keeps you on the edge. i have windows 7 so i dont get the full screen yet but that didnt stop me from buying it. thank you for all the great games, (espicially this kind). loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it. nanazee

I also have the Mac version and am having the same problem with the boathouse door puzzle as cloudyamind. Is there a solution to this error?

I just purchased this game over the wekend, and went all the way through it, to getting the car fixed and started..is this the end of the game?? I'd hate to think I paid $20.00 for 2 days of fun?? Please tell me there's more to it?

Bought this game and thoroughly enjoyed it. Love interactive hidden object games and this would be amongst the top 10.

Help I'm stuck!! I am near the end of the game. I'm in the crypt and have collected the 3 jar specimens and the files to be burned. I clicked on the stove and threw the specimen's in and then I clicked on the files and it won't let me put them in! I can pick up the files it just isn't letting me release them into the fire! I've tried clicking on the hints (the hints don't even do anything), restarted the game many times, even restarted my computer, read the walkthrough and still I cannot get the files to go into the fire. Am I missing something or is this a serious glitch in the game. I'm so frustrated and just want to finish this game! Anyone have an ideas!!?? Thanks

This game will not stop crashing everytime i try to play it...ive played numerous other games like sim city, sim rollercoaster, the sims 1, 2, and now 3! Can anyone please helpp me with this?

I have had the same problem a lot of others had with this game freezing or shutting down (usually around "fixing the car rear-view mirror" part), and and I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, emptying all cookies/temp files, etc. Finally, I figured out that my virtual memory was too low. I went in and increased my virtual memory, and it fixed the problem. Another thing you guys might want to check is if there are any programs running on your computer that you aren't aware of. If they are programs that you don't need to be running all the time, you can shut them off, or schedule them only to run at a certain time. You can find out how to do all this stuff online. (Be super careful when you are adjusting these things. You don't want to leave your spyware shut off, or delete any important files.)

I have found that closing the game and saving after each scene and then reopening will keep the game from freezing and if it does freeze you can restart where you left off

After aquiring the fuses and before installing them save your game by closing the game and then restart. Can i ask people where they bought the game? I tired to buy off this site and it keeps telling me it cant find the game and is sending me back to the main site. So i was woundering if i can buy it in a store or how to get around the cant find error. I really liked this game and really want it..can someone help?

The game is great but it is freezing up and stopping at the fuze part and other places, I cannot get past the cabin part due to this what is going on?

I played up to demo over then went and bought game. I then went back in and all 4 fuses are green but it keeps telling me that I need I need to get electricity going first and nothing happens when I try to flip the light switch. Please help!
