I have clicked EVERYWHERE (and I do mean EVERYWHERE) under the stairs to get to the phone dial but NOTHING happens. I have worked at this for almost a week now and there is nothing online that can help me solve this issue. I know that once you click the magnifying glass it tells you that it's too dark under the stairs to see so you need to get the candle. BUT, I can't even get that far. Is this a bug in the game and if so is there a fix for it?
