Can anyone please help.Every time I exit out of the game I lose all levels and have to start again.I have tried save and continue and it says my game will be saved if I exit but it is lying. Am I doing something wrong?

I also am having a technical problem. In Risha's flower shop, about day 23 or so, I go shopping then click to start the game. Then I hear the music, but the screen goes black and I have to do a ctrl-alt-del to get out of it. Anyone else have this problem?
