Customers attempting to play this game on a PC running the Japanese version of Windows XP will find the game will not run. This game is not compatible with the Japanese version of Windows XP.

This game doesn't seem to work with Windows 7 either. I spent about an hour online with suport, they commandeered my computer and made many changes to my settings, and in the end it made no difference in playing the game. Just left me with a new user account and changed settings.

Error message when attempting to play the game reads:

I have spoken with GameHouse customer service on this issue today and was told that this error is the result of the game being incompatible with the Windows 7 operating system. I have written the developer, Sandlot Games, directly, but I don't really expect a resolution since it has recently been taken over by Digital Chocolate, a social networking game developer. We may all be out of luck.
