Really enjoy BaL-TotY. It employs the best of the BaL games to me, but I frequently run into challenges that are almost too difficult to surpass. Right now I am having a problem with Level 22 which requires a Town Appeal of 150+ and I can't figure out how to amass that much appeal! I have 3 parks for 30 and I have landscaped and painted all of the houses but I still can't get that 150+. Any ideas?
