I am getting an instsll error. I keep getting a message to check to see if I am connected to the Internet, over and over..

Same issue, seems to start downloading then get a network error. You can't click try again as it just keeps happening. Please fix this, really want to play this game.

Same problem here. This seems to happen alot with GH games. You know the saying "the straw that broke the camels back" well this game was that camel, I will never be on this site again. Good Bye and good luck everybody. Vinniesmom

OK THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED NOW GETTING SCRIPT ERROR

I tried downloading a few days agoa and got the network error message then tried again today and dodnt even get that far. Whole lot of corrupt files/script errors etc and a message that this had been reported to Real (games i assume!?) Will this ever be fixed? Why is this type os issue happening so often and why should i renew my fuinpass membership?????

I'm having a totally different problem. Game downloads without error messages. When I click on 'Play Trial Version", the ad runs, when the ad is over, the game doesn't start. Really frustrating.

I am having the same problem. watch the ad then the game does not start.
I downloaded and installed again. Same result.

I have tried multiple times even double checking the system requirements (which I meet). To the same result as these previous two posts.

When I try to download this game, the installer flashes and then nothing happens. I guess I am going to have to go to Big Fish as well.
