Help someone! This level requires 6 painted houses, a fancy shop, and a pool. Power supply fails regularly even when super charged. The kicker is the 85+ appeal goal. I have gotten that up close at 70+ with landscaped houses and all other items met. I have played this repeatedly with having the shop next to the power away from the houses...with a windmill in one try and then another time with a solar supply, and it would seem to be impossible. If you have figured this one out I would be grateful for the configuration. Either the power supply isn't enough, or the appeal rating is too low. This one is sure hard and has me stumped.
