Skull on Templar Helm?

I'm at the point where I need to use the skull on the Templar Helm to find the last crystal for the Crystal Altar, but I have no idea what or where the Templar Helm is!? I've scrolled my mouse around in all of the rooms to see if anything glows or changes the cursor but so far no luck. Any ideas?? Thanks

In the hidden elevator there is an armor on the right side. The skull goes in the the helmet of the armor suit.
