I get through the cut scene and it tells me to click on a key but will not let me click on anything on the screen at all. There is a box of text with instructions and a very annoying arrow pointing at nothing.

I have the same problem. Downloaded the trial, installed, started the game, and once the beginning cut scenes are over, I don't seem to be able to do anything. I see the scene and the message telling me to click on something, along with that annoying flashing arrow.....but no matter where I click on the screen, nothing happens.

Me three! I can click the key. Then it tells you to click the 3 blue gems for a hint. I click where the arrow is pointing, but nothing happens! I can't click anywhere else. The only thing I can do is exit the game! This is very frustrating!! Can someone please fix this? It's pointless to buy the game if I can't play it!

Me four! I get that arrow, and then cannot go any further....

Woohoo, I got it, you click where the arrow is pointing, basically at the end of the arrow, not in the box where the writing is. It's sort of close to those rope things that keep you in line.

I am giving up on this game. I've clicked everywhere and still can't get the rest of the bleeping key. I think this is the first game I couldn't figure out.

Hi guys..I can help you with this as I was stuck too...look very carefully as to where the arrow is pointing, its not the box that tells you what to do, its the key on the wall pillar at the bottom, click on the key, it is hard to see and the box will disapear..

Fruit thanks for the info but I still cant see the key??? The arrow is pointing towards th right side of room and I dont even see a pillar LOL.

Hey Wedgie and Fruit, that 1st arrow isn't the 1 that's freezing. We get that part of the key but after that the annoying 1 shows up. Nope, it's just frozen man!!

I'm also having trouble getting past the first part of getting key, game does nothing, no matter where I CLICK. This looked as it would be a fun game, I have uninstalled, cleared cookies, etc... redownloaded and stillo nothing.

None of the answers or posts below mention the problem I am having. Right, the "hint" where I am is useless! I'm in the cellar at the chest (with the monk on the right), but no matter what few combinations of the "locks" on the front of the chest that I try, the chest WILL NOT open. I can get the red lights on the left "lock," the blue lights on the right "lock" but I cannot find a combination that opens the chest. Help, please. The "hint" simply says to find a combination of the lights. Can't do it! Thanks if you can help.

I'm Having the same problems with the locks on the chest. Do you know the combination? I turn the dial both ways and the lights turn on they do not lock in place or whatever. I can't open the chest. Please help. Do you know if this game has a guide ?
