This is my 4th request for how to get off the first page of this. I can not find the first half of the key nor what that stupid blinking arrow wants from me. I know the problem lies with me, but I can't help that. I still need help. I see questions answered all the time in these forums, but so far, no one has answered mine. Please somebody help.

Since the arrow means you're still in tutorial mode, I'm sorry, but, I don't know how much plainer it can be put. Follow the instructions printed on the screen and you immediately will find both pieces of the key. If you can't do that, I'm afraid it's unlikely that you'll be able to get through this game.

It could be that the custom cursor might be giving you problems and obstructing your view of the item you need to click on. If so, go to the Options menu and turn off the custom cursor. I found that it's easier to see and click on tiny objects with the regular cursor.

Hi guys..I can help you with this as I was stuck too...look very carefully as to where the arrow is pointing, its not the box that tells you what to do, its the key on the wall pillar at the bottom, click on the key, it is hard to see and the box will disapear..

I am having the same problem here! No matter what I click on it just wont go to whatever is next. The arrow is just pointing and Im trying to click ,I click the key I click the pieces of the key that you have to find,the arrow the drops, the box it just wont do anything. I am NOT a beginner at HO games I know what Im doing and Im sure these other people do also. So please dont talk to us like you are superior to us.

Hi just wanna say that its the second box that pops up that wont go away, after you click the first part of the key. The arrow points to Nathaniels Gems to click but it wont let me click them..lol Ive been trying to play this game since January or something like that on a different site but it just wont let me get past this point.
