I have just downloaded this game and whilst the intro is fine, the very first game where I have to find "words" is completely black! Is there something wrong with the game, is there something I should be doing because at the moment I am just looking at a black screen!!!

Can anyone help here? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Have wasted 10 minutes of my free trial looking at a black screen!

Look for a candle. Once you find the candle, it will light up the wall as you go along. Once you find a word click on it with the candle and the word will light up. I hope that helps.

I think I misunderstood the question. I was able to play the game without any problems for a little while. Just a little bit ago I had the same problem. Got the black screen. I quit the game by doing the Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I brought the game up again. I clicked on Start then when it asks Do you want to continue or start new (whatever the other option is) I clicked on Start new game Then a menu popped up. I then click ed on Select Level Then from that screen, I clicked on the level I was playing when I left the game and it let me go on to play. If you left mid way of a level it might make you start the level over. That's better than not being able to play at all. I learned with this game that if you have to leave the game you have to leave at the very beginning of a level. Otherwise, it will make you start the level over again. I hope this helps.

I am really enjoying the game. It's very interesting Have fun with it.

Has anyone been having trouble with the level where you have to consume the plants? It keeps telling me I have the wrong plant but I have tried all I have and the hints aren't working. You are suppose to have six plants, but I only have five and I know I collected all six.

Never mind I just quit and then started a new game, like the person above me said. So thanks.

Thanks Woofie for taking the time to respond however, still no joy! I have now wasted another 10 minutes, still can't find anything let alone a candle and all I get is a message saying "this will do me no good"! Can you elaborate a little on exactly where this candle is? If I keep this up I will have no trial time left! And I would prefer to trial it before I buy. Would very much appreciate anymore help you can give me.

You're welcome. I was wrong. The candle was at the end of the cursor. I didn't have to pick it up. If creating a new profile or starting over isn't working you might have a glitch in your game. Just to save time and more aggravation, uninstall the game. Reboot your computer. Then come back here and download and install the game again. Once you have done that, reboot your computer again. If it still doesn't work then you'll need to contact Tech/Customer Support.

You're welcome. Glad it worked for you. It's frustrating, but sometimes there's nothing else you can do.

hi to everyone, I downloaded the game and while the story was good some of the hidden object scenes were very frustrating because the items were so small and the scenes dark and fuzzy, it ruined the game for me as I must have used hundreds of hints

If anyone is having trouble with the part where you consume the plants, but there are only a couple of plants instead of the five you found. You only have to completely exit out of the game, go back into that scene, and collect the plants in reverse order. I did that and it was fine to continue. You don't have to start a completely new game.

Oh, and by the way, I found this game to be awesome.
