I really, really like this game. I just wish the scenes were a little larger. Puts a strain on these old eyeballs for sure.

I got one mouse in the basket and one mouse in a jar(on clothes line). I can't get the third mouse.
You have to go to palace and release them

Ok you put the mouse by the hydrant in the basket after combining the lid and basket. The mouse on the cloths line goes in the jar after combining it with the lid. The mouse under the hat goes in the hollowed out book after combining it with the stick. Then you release them into the crowds and go on from there.

To catch the mouse closest to the policeman combine the "basket" and "basket lid" and capture. The second mouse - on the clothesline - combine the "jar" and "lid" and capture. The third mouse - near the sewer grate - combine the "book" and "stick" and capture.

What I did was released the mouse at the top of the stairs of the palace. Then used the jar and lid to catch the mouse on the clothesline. Hope it works for you!

I got the books in right order (finally) and the went back to main room without writing down sequence of 8 numbers assuming they would be saved in inventory but alas at desk facing a sequence of 8 with no list of numbers to help me set the drawer notches. HELP PLEASE

There is a journal on the bottom right side of the screen. You will find the codes there.

I am having trouble with books what kind of order are they supposed to be in? Are they supposed to spell something?

I'd been stuck over correctly combining inventory objects to catch all 3 mice -- great game so far, loving the challenge !

Thank goodness someone knew the answer to this one! I was getting really frustrated at not being able to find the way to capture that third mouse!

the books need to spell your uncles name - which is in the diary
it won't let bme go back but i think its nathaniel b...... something
it will be spelled correctly in the journal

what MB is needed to install Biggest Little Adventure ???.... your system is saying i do not gave enough at 817 mb and it is ONCE AGIN saying &1 MB is not enough ... how much HD size is &1 MB????

For all of you stuck on catching the 3rd mouse, use the hollow book and the stick it makes a trap. The mouse on clothes line the use jar, and the mouse on sidewalk use the basket.

I just clicked on the journal to open it up, clicked on the pages in the inventory bar to retrieve them then took the pages, put them over the open journal and clicked again. That put them into place. If you've tried all of that, I have no idea what to do.

EDIT: No worries... there was a huge delay between getting into the room and the list of stuff to find coming up, the biggest problem with this game....

You meed to match the symbols on the lanterns with the sysbols on the door. When correct they light up. The lanterns already on the door are incorrectly placed.

You need to add the two hooks to the red (rubber?) band in you inventory. Louis can then use that to open the door wit HTH!

I am stuck at the army post trying to put together the broken phone. I can only get the recievers together. Anyone know what to do next? Never mind, I just figured out I needed the cherry pit in the top left corner!

ANY REASON THIS GAME KEEPS CRASHING IN THE SHIPS OFFICE ? WHEN YOU PLAY IT AGAIN IT ALWAYS TAKES YOU BACK TO THE CAR LOADING ONTO THE DECK OF THE SHIP... CAN ANYONE HELP ? LOOKS LIKE A GREAT GAME.... BUT JUST LIKE CLEOPATRA.... IT KEEPS CRASHING.

same problems here. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried under both Chrome and Firefox with the same result.
