you need to get the pearls at the dive shop. Take them to the tavern and play the gentleman for the seahorse. Take the sea horse to the art shop and trade for the codex tablet. Go to the tavern and click on the diver helmet for the date. Use the tablet to translate the numbers to the symbols and click on the appropriate symbol for the date. Hope this helps. I'm stuck on the jump peg. If you get that please let me know the solution for the blue pegs, lol.
