I love this series...I have all four versions and I cannot wait for the fifth. I love a game that is somewhat fast-paced at times but also requires some thought. This series fits the bill. Also each new version adds enough new items and challenges (at least for me) to keep it interesting. For the money, this game cannot be beat!

The first Westward is a fat cool game, but in the second instance it is still boring. Some lady will give you exact explanation of what you do, while the explanation with the lasso and further very unclear. The game itself is just too much story. I thought it was too much story and that story is already busy road without reading it. In the beginning, despite these flaws still remains a very fun game. In the beginning, it also seems as if you're addicted to, but in course of time, the duller and duller ... In my opinion I advise him not to if you played as Paradise Beach, Virtual City and Virtual Villagers, very much (like me). Furthermore, I know nothing more to say about this, two skinny stars for this game. One thing is certain, as the successors better. I have tried and Westward IV which I found totally awesome! I downloaded the demo to this game and played for a while. First off, you can tell this game gets VERY involved because it does right off the bat, even during the tutorials. Let me also say, this game is freaking HILARIOUS - the dialogue between characters will have you cracking up. Really cute theme, and seems really well done. I never did end up buying this (basically I was too caught up playing Wedding Dash 3!) but I do play on eventually picking up this game series. If you are looking for a building game with depth and that is unique, (and funny, to boot!), this is probably the game for you

I found this game very entertaining. The wild west theme is refreshing, and building and managing towns is interesting. The tutorial is long but necessary. If there is a way to start a new game without being dragged through the tutorial again, I haven't found it. I've been having a lot of technical difficulties with mine, and on different computers so I don't think it's just me. Despite the long unavoidable tutorial and the glitches, I don't regret buying it one bit. I absolutely love this game!
