loved totem tribe but this one is even better. more islands to visit, more puzzles to do and even the same islands now have some different puzzles to make it more interesting. still a few things that could be done to make it even better but I wish there were more games around like this with the puzzles. do not know of any like totem tribe

I loved the first game so, I had to try the extended version. I believe I like it even better. Some new twists and searches that are a tad easier. Wish there were more games like this one. I am always eager to start a new level. Keep them coming!

I loved this game! I have been playing it for weeks now (55 hrs all in all) It goes on forever. There's so many things to do and it doesn't hold your hand all the way, you really have to think for yourself (or consult a walkthrough, which I had to do a few times). This game alone has made my funpass worth the money this month, wish there were more like it.

This game is well thought out. So many possible endings. Definite has addictive qualities. Totally fun to play. Waiting for the next version to come out.

While I'm not really a fan of this type of game, I find it very interesting and addictive. The main story is that the world is engaging in disturbance and the main hero is determined to find the legendary items that will bring world peace. Old plot, but has interesting twists, though I've seen these twists before. The funniest thing is the final boss, which you have to fight twice. When I see the boss's second form, I was like: What the... ? There are 3 endings: bad, good, and best. I did the best, and attempting to do the bad. The only draw back is that it doesn't let you use the same profile once you finished the game. The graphics and music is ok, and I really like the interlude music. In this game, you direct people to build various buildings for workers, armies (there are fighters, archers, hunters, shamans, doctors, and cavemen), researches to enhance buildings/people, and towers for defense/fight. Each building occupies different amount of space, and you have limited space, so it requires some thinking. The battles are very easy at first few levels, but get harder and harder. The final boss was insane, i sent my armies to certain death for 10 minutes before I figured out I had to do another thing before killing the boss. There are a lot of tasks to do in this game. It requires a good amount of time to finish this game. The puzzles are fun, and some are pretty hard. The hardest puzzle for me was the calculating using binary system, which I had to actually go online looking for how to calculate it. There are secret levels that can only be triggered if you find certain items and do certain things on normal levels. Some levels and items can only be accessed later when you have certain items. There are colored gems scattered around the world. They are needed for the best ending. They are tiny and some are very hard to find. Later in game, you will get the magnifying glass (1-min recharge) that will help you find them. Overall, this game is really great. It requires some thinking and strategies but not very hard. If you like strategic games, give it a try, you may like it.

This game is excellent. Only problem I have had is when I can't figure out what to do next. I just wish there were some kind of hints to help when you get stuck. Other wise this is a game I love playing over and over again.

This game is great! Even though you play it once you want to play it over and over again! It makes you want to see if you can do it faster and better every time. Thank you.

Awesome, awesome, awesome, this game really rocks. I absolutely Love it. So much work, innovation, and independent thinking went into this one. It has a combination of war strategy, hidden object, puzzle, you name it involved. Explore many islands that each are huge with lots to do. This really boosts the entertainment hours or even days as well as replay value out of it. The entertainment duration of this game far, far exceeds most games I've ever downloaded and I've downloaded hundreds over the years. The only thing I don't like about this game is It can at times be extremely confusing what to do next to where it's next to impossible to figure out. I wish there was a hint button or other form of help. I'd give this game 7 stars if they'd let me and would give it 10 stars if not for the parts about the cluelessness on what to do next on certain parts. Yes I'd still give it 7 stars even with the clueless parts, as the game is still that good. Very awesome, I hope they have more sequels.

This is the best game I've played in a long long time and it took a long time to complete. Definitely worth your money.

I am only maybe halfway through this game at this point and have been playing almost non stop for three days now! (My house is a wreck from neglect lol!!) I can usually burn through a game in less than a day, even the more difficult ones, so this one is really great for me. The reason I gave it only four stars though is the lack of a hint button. I am currently stuck in four different regions. I did not play the original so I am learning along the way and this game does not offer much in the way of play support so I am a bit frustrated, but still trying! I have the monthly subscription so I won't outright purchase the game as I don't replay, but if I did not subscribe monthly this would definetly be a keeper!

Having played the original Totem Tribe (never got to the end as it was quite difficult), I am utterly amazed at the remake of this Gold edition. It is interesting, addictive and satisfying. I am playing it slow as I don't want to see it end! The several changes made it easier to complete each level although still very captivating in every aspect. The graphics and music are an added source of enjoyment to the game. Bravo, it is my all time favourite.

This is a great game. very interesting story line and different activities, some strategy, some hawk-eyed searching and some luck. It is very challenging for all but the very expert gamer and i wouldn't have succeeded without a walkthrough, but it is still defintely worth it if you like a mystery and a challenge to engage you.

This game has everything. A little bit of everything. It is never boring and so much more fun than the first TT - TT2 should be out soon. This game is nothing short of amazing. Fantastic replay value because there are so many avenues that you can't possibly remember them all.

Lots of relaxing and fun protection of an island chain. I enjoyed it very much.

I really enjoy the simulation/time management/strategy games. This one is challenging, interesting, original in storyline. I expecially lake the ability/requirement to return to places already played. It makes the game a consistent whole. I agree that the limitation of building/upgrading/repairing one building at a time is annoying. I prefer the ability to link actions (Island Tribe) or do multiple tasks depending on availability of workers.

I didn't think it was possible to improve on the original game Totem Tribe. But I was wrong. This game takes it to the next level. A very addictive game. I wonder if there will be a third game. I don't see how they could improve on this game.

I am surprised at how addicted I am to this game. I never played the original Totem Tribe but thought I'd give this a try (truthfully expecting to not like it) and I'm glad I did. It is hard as heck sometimes but there's something about the story, the characters, and the gameplay that helps me to want to persevere and finish the game. Definitely recommend Totem Tribe Gold!

Totem Tribe Gold is a great game because it has so many layers. I thought I was doing so well until I realised I had not managed to get one of the towers that was necessary in another level. It can cause frustration as well; I am still trying to find a monkey! Items are much better defined than Totem Tribe but still are not always easy to find. I have to say that without walkthroughs I would not have progressed as far as I have. I am in awe of the people who produce the walkthroughs, they have been my helper out of several dead ends. Great game but not for the person who wants to do things all the time, I seem to spend a lot of time just searching for objects. Love the building camp side of it though.
